The information following the results of work Samarkand Regional IBC A.S.Pushkina's name For 2010 The basic lines of activity IBC - performance "The Law on information (2003 year) and the Decision of the President of Republic of Uzbekistan", "About the organisation of information-library service of the population of republic" (381 from 6/20/2006 year). • To execute the given documents the first stage of introduction comes to the end; • Information-communication technologies in work IBC: • In the centre it is organised and the local computer network operates; • It is introduced in work of IBTS AIBS of "KaDaTa"; • The problem of activity of new structure - electronic library Is carried out; • Work on creation of the electronic catalogue on fund IBTS Proceeds; • Work with IRC and other information library establishments, in the field of organizational-methodical activity Is conducted. One of priority problems of the centre - formation of information funds. For 2010 fund IBTS has replenished on 1481 copies, from them: • 987 magazines; • 403 books; • 91 electronic carriers. Of total of receipts of the edition in the Uzbek language make 719 types, in Russian 558 types, in foreign languages 204 copies During the current year the volume of names of periodicals has made 150 units of them 51 names of the newspaper, 99 - magazines. The subscription to 2011 is carried out. It has made 144 names. From them 106 - republican editions, 38 - the Russian editions. In accounting year of division IBTS have introduced in work new national AIBS "KaDaTa". 30 persons are trained. Types practice of service sector of electronic library. For a year this structure has used more than 1000 users IBC. From them nearby 100 - have used services «Ziyonet» and «LexUz», more than 200 persons - worked on the Internet, nearby 200 persons worked with the electronic catalogue of the centre. Nearby 400 persons have used fund of electronic editions and боле 100 persons worked with text-through DB. Generalising some stored experience at the Summit on ИКТ in September, 2010 the director of the centre Ahmedova S.B. the Electronic library in structure IBTS »has acted with the report«, and deputy director Ogneva N.S. has shared technics of creation of multimedia editions for the aid to the organisation of mass actions of information-library establishments. Introducing new forms and work methods in activity IBC within a year Methodical council on which it has been considered 14 various themes and the vital issues worked. As an example the following can serve: • About a course of introduction of paid services in IBC; • Rendering of methodical and practical help IRC of Samarkand branch TATU; • Complexities of introduction AIBS of "KaDaTa" in work IBC; • Work over WEB a centre site and other. The big work is conducted over drawing up ЭК on fund IBTS. For a year the volume of the electronic catalogue has increased more than on 10 thousand electronic descriptions. Work on creation ЭК on rare fund of the Center, on musical editions, on editions in the Tadjik language, on editions on Uzbek language is completely finished. By the decision of President RUZ for 2006 IBC are defined as the scientifically-methodical centres for information-library establishments of regions of republic. Now in the Samarkand area operates 314 IRC including: • 137 - national education systems; • 170 - management of colleges and lycees; • 7 - high school IRC. In total for a year for IRC 5 large seminars which have captured study more than 200 persons have been spent. 4 round tables, 4 presentations, 3 practical works are spent, 28 reviews concerning new in information-library activity are prepared. It is given more than 250 consultations to workers IRC on questions of technics of work of the information-resource centres. For the aid to work of information-library establishments of area 16 names of is standard-methodical documents have been developed, and also 23 bibliographic editions are made. Within the limits of the program «Year of harmoniously developed generation» administration IBTS together with regional Hokimijatom realised the plan of measures in which frameworks it has been carried out about 10 large mass actions, 15 knizhno-illustrative exhibitions are organised, given out on corresponding subjects about 80 thousand copy of information materials. In IBC systematic work with shots is conducted. On the end of the year in the centre 58 experts, from them 30 - with higher education, 28 - with an average special library and on speciality ICT work. In the centre the big work under the analysis of structure of shots of experts IBC is spent. On the basis of the analysis long-term planning of formation of shots till 2015 is developed. On structure growth is planned: • Masters - 5 persons; • Bachelors - 12 persons; • Experts with sredne-spets. Formation - 5 persons. In IBC work on improvement of professional skill and retraining of employees is based on annual «the Plan of carrying out of employment of improvement of professional skill of the basic structure of experts IBC». The plan is presented by following sections: • Study managing centre divisions; • Study of the average library personnel; • School of the young librarian; • The general library actions for improvement of professional skill. In total in 2010 study within the limits of improvement of professional skill had been captured 50 persons. |
